The J&J Story
Tania started Jamieson and Jamieson in 2019. She has owned her own businesses for most of her life and previously worked as a private home manager for over 20 years.
After growing J&J, Tania decided it was time to onboard her daughter, Tyra. Together they have grown the company and continue to grow every day. Their main goal is to support other small business owners so that together they can grow their community and help busy professionals live happier lives.
Saving others time, money and headaches is what they do!

Years ago, I started looking for a way to contribute to my family while making a real impact on other businesses—all from home. After spending 20 years with my previous small business, I wanted the flexibility to create memories with my loved ones, without sacrificing my professional goals. After exploring various paths, I discovered an intensive Virtual Assistant course that equipped me with the skills to support solo professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. After nearly a decade in retail management, I was ready for a career that offered both fulfillment and flexibility. In 2022, my mom, Tania, offered me a position with J&J, and I couldn’t have been more excited to join the team. With her guidance and several virtual assistant courses under my belt, I’ve been able to grow my skills and support solo professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners in expanding their businesses. Every day, I’m passionate about helping clients reach new heights while continuing to learn and evolve in my field.
