Each service is different and each business is different. For the most part once you sign up for a package, we will work daily/weekly on your account. You have our full attention when you become a client. During your consultation we will discuss how often you need us, what you need us for and any other detail that will help you be successful.

We use a program called WaveApp (Like Quickbooks) to send invoices directly to your email address. Once you receive the invoice you will be prompted to pay with card through the secure site. We also offer options for auto pay. Invoices are sent on the agreed upon date and NEVER include any surprise charges.

Yes! As Virtual Assistants, we work from our offices and do not meet clients in person for any reason. However, as a client you will be able to contact us and face time with us when needed. We have many different clients here at J&J and working virtually enables us to support each of them.

If you have opted for one of our monthly services, you are free to cancel at any time with the understanding that you may be charged a prorated fee depending on the time of cancelation. Services such as social media management, and email management when not combined with email clean up, do have stipulations that are listed on those services pages. You are free to cancel at any time with no extra fees involved.

Typically we like to stay within our packages, however, if you are needing assistance with something else online or virtual, please reach out. We have many connections in our community that may be able to assist you with what you are needing or we may be able to help support you ourselves. Our consultations are completely free or you can fill out the form on our contact page.

Hiring a full time employee can be costly, by hiring a Virtual Assistant instead you are only paying for the services you are needing. we don't require a salary, benefits, time off and you don't put us on your payroll, so no taxes! Virtual Assistants are also a tax write off for your business. You can get the same support from a virtual assistant that you can get from an in house employee - without all the extra costs that come with it.
