Hey business friend!

Let’s be real: posting on Facebook every single day while juggling clients, admin, and maybe even kids… it’s a lot. That’s why I’m a big fan of scheduling content ahead of time. It saves time, reduces stress, and helps you stay consistent without being glued to your phone. Continue reading to get "The Scoop".
Why consistency matters
If you’ve ever said, “I just don’t know what to post,” or “I’ll post when I have time,” you’re not alone. But here’s the thing:
The algorithm favors consistent posting.Your audience gets used to hearing from you.You build brand recognition and trust.
You don’t have to post every day—but showing up regularly helps you stay top-of-mind with potential clients and in favor with the ever changing Facebook algorithms.
How to Schedule Posts Ahead (No Fancy Tools Needed)
Option 1: Schedule Natively in Facebook
Go to your business page.
Click “Meta Business Suite” from the left menu.
Choose “Planner” to see your calendar view.
Click the blue “Create Post” button.
Write your caption, add your image, and hit “Schedule.”
Choose your date/time and click “Save.”
Boom—done.
Option 2: Use a Free Tool Like Canva or Buffer
Canva Pro: Create & schedule directly in one place
Buffer: Simple, free option for up to 3 channels
Pick what works for you and don’t overthink it!
Pro Tip: Batch Your Content
Set aside just 1 hour per week to:
Plan 3–4 posts
Create the graphics or reuse old ones
Write quick captions
Schedule them and move on with your week
No more blank-staring at your phone wondering what to say.
How to Come Up With Post Ideas (Even When You’re Stuck)
Feeling like your idea tank is running low? Here’s a simple method I use (and teach) to keep content flowing without burning out:
1. Use the "4 E’s" Framework:
Rotate through these types of posts:
Educate – Share tips, how-tos, or behind-the-scenes processes.
Entertain – Use memes, funny observations, or relatable moments.
Engage – Ask a question, run a poll, or post a fill-in-the-blank.
Explain – Talk about your service, how it helps, and why it matters.
2. Answer FAQs
What do your clients always ask you? Turn those questions into posts—one at a time.
3. Repurpose What You Already Have
Turn a blog post into 3-5 posts. Take a testimonial and highlight a lesson or transformation. Break long content into bite-sized pieces.
4. Plan Around Seasons & Holidays
Anchor your content around monthly themes or national days (like the fun June ones we have below!).
5. Use Your Calendar
Think about what’s happening in your business right now:
Launching a new service?
Booking for summer?
Offering limited-time promos?
Talk about it—your audience wants to know!

You don’t need to post daily. You just need a plan
